Pricing conditions: Mandatory : 25% deposit

Cancellation terms: In the event of non-arrival of the “customer” and in the absence of information, the deposit will be forfeited to the reception and the rental will become available 24 hours after the arrival date stated on the rental contract.
Cancellation by the “customer”:
All cancellations must be notified by registered letter to the Reception. Cancellation by the “customer” will result in the retention of the deposit paid.
Service Accueil may, however, refund the deposit when cancellation is justified for serious reasons: hospitalization, death (supporting medical certificate)....
Interruption of stay :
In the event of interruption of the stay by the “customer”, no reimbursement will be made unless the cancellation is justified for serious reasons: hospitalization, death (supporting medical certificate)...
